The following are the Terms and Conditions governing the donation payment services provided by Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation through the Website Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding and shall apply separately to each single donation that one voluntarily decides to make. These Terms and Conditions do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up.

By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions under the Agreement, please do not use the website.

THE DONATION SERVICES:

Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation shall use the donations at its discretion but within the stated charitable objectives. Once one confirms through the Website that they wish to proceed with the donation, the transaction will be processed through the payment service providers. By confirming that one wishes to proceed with the donation, they authorise the payment service providers to request funds from their bank account/ payment service provider.

UNAUTHORISED CARD USE:

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your respective Bank and/or service provider.

INFORMATION:

Before Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation processes a donation one must provide the necessary information as mentioned on the website. Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation will use this information to process the donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. When one submits the payment details, these details shall be transferred to the payment service provider for further procedure. One should be aware of the terms and conditions of the payment service providers, which are different from these Terms and Conditions, to ensure that one is comfortable with how they will process the personal data before the donation is made. Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation won’t share the personal details of the donor with any third party other than what is set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation uses and protects the personal information provided by the donors in line with the Privacy Policy.

REFUND POLICY:

Ramkrushna Anandnagar Foundation does not have a refund policy, and thus, donations once processed successfully through the payment gateway will not be refunded.
